I’ve called this area home since 2010 and am a proud 2012 graduate of Queen City High School. My career has been built on a simple foundation: I’m the guy who loves to see how things work—and more importantly, how to fix them when they don’t. Whether it was reassembling toys as a kid or upgrading hardware and troubleshooting networks as a professional, I have always been driven by an inquisitive and analytical mindset.

Why I Started This Business

With over 8 years of customer service experience and an associate degree in computer technology and information systems, I’ve worked across various industries—from retail at Walmart to tech support for Verizon and ADT. I’ve seen how massive systems can feel impersonal and bloated.

I realized that our local tradesmen and small businesses in the Cass County and Texarkana areas don't need "bloat". They need a partner who:
